What are your transit times?

We offer multiple levels of transit times, which range from 3 to 25 business days, depending on the service level you select.

How many international transit service levels you offer?

We offer 3 levels of service for international shipments. Postal Expedited, Postal Budget and Postal Economy.

How many domestic transit service levels you offer?

We offer 2 levels of transit service for domestic. They are Expedited and Budget.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer discounts based on volume, piece weights, and geographic distribution.

Do you offer tracking? If so, how can I track my packages?

Yes. We offer tracking. There are multiple ways for you to track packages. You may track shipments using an assigned tracking number, or by using your own internal reference number, such as, an Account Number or Billing Reference Number. You can track packages via our OrangeTrac Customer Web Portal.

Do you hold material to gather minimum weights to ship?

No. We process all materials same-day, with next day departure.

When will my tracking information appear?

Within 24 to 48 hours.

Are you able to send email notifications to my clients, to alert them of the tracking number(s)?

Yes. We are capable of sending email alerts that include tracking numbers, account numbers or internal reference numbers, to allow you and your clients to track packages.

What is VAT?

VAT is Value Added Taxes. The VAT is usually levied in the country where the purchased goods are consumed. The duty and taxes differ by country.

Is your Customer Service available in all U.S. time zones?

Do you offer Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), Delivery Duty Unpaid with Tracking (DDU-T), and Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)?

Yes. We offer all three services. Please contact the OrangeDS Sales Department to learn more about each service.

Does your company Dim Weigh packages? If so, how is it calculated?

Yes. Dimensional Weight is a part of our process when determining the cost for shipments. Dimensional Weight is calculated by multiplying the length x width x height. That provides the cubic inches. The cubic inches is then divided by 194 (Domestic Shipments) and 139 (International Shipments).

What can I not ship?

OrangeDS is required to monitor and comply with all U.S. and International regulations. Goods that can be harmful to others, illegal in the U.S. and the International destination countries, and any material(s) that can catch on fire or explosive on aircrafts are prohibited. Please contact the OrangeDS Sales Department for additional items that are prohibited.

How many processing facilities does OrangeDS have?

We have 3 U.S. processing facilities and 1 international processing facility.

Does each OrangeDS processing facility have Security Surveillance, and are they TSA Certified?

Yes. All OrangeDS processing facilities have 24/7 Security Surveillance. Each OrangeDS processing facility is TSA Certified to screen all material, in accordance to TSA regulations.
